For the period from 2007 to 2013, the Wesermarsch is part of the Niedersachsen zone for EU structural political support. As a result, EU funding can be taken advantage of under certain conditions to carry out structural economic and social changes in the District of Wesermarsch for projects related to economic and employment promotion.

Within the District of Wesermarsch, the opportunity exists to initiate co-ordinated projects that accommodate locate circumstances and provide a stimulus for pioneering and future-ready structural improvements.

In addition, there are many further promotional programmes, joint initiatives and individual campaigns from the EU that can be exploited in the Wesermarsch. We would be happy to tell you more.
